What version of galeon are you running?  Earlier versions didn't allow
scroll on my system (I don't know when it was introduced), but after I
leapt a few versions up to the latest (1.3.2x) I have scroll buttons at
the end of long bookmark lists.

Yep!  Whether you have scroll buttons or not, I reckon it sure makes it
easier to group your bookmarks into hierarchical folders anyway.
Editing the bookmarks, adding folders, cut & paste, etc is a snap if you
haven't tried in galeon yet.
