Toolbar problems

Somehow my Bookmark toolbar disappeared. According to View menu it should be shown and my Personal Toolbar folder is still there. How do I get it back? When trying to get it back I accidentally clicked on Toolbar Editor's Add a new toolbar which added a new empty line above the normal Toolcar (the one back and forward buttons and so on).
