Missing vertical scroll bar

Hello,

I'm running Galeon 1.3.21 compiled against Mozilla 1.7.10 on FC3;
Recently, my vertical scroll bar no longer appears when running Galeon
in a normal window.  The scroll bar reappears when I switch to full
screen, and disappears when I revert to a normal window.  In addition,
the bottom of the window is off the edge of the display; resizing the
top edge window downward and dragging the window up does not work so I'm
thinking that I am not actually able to resize the window.

I think I may have installed a new GTK theme that could have caused this
but I am not seeing this behavior in any other windowed applications.  I
have switched to a few different themes and it does not return the
vertical scroll.  Is there a hot-key I could have struck unknowingly
that causes Galeon to disable the vertical scroll?
