I never heard about that. It's possible to have emacs-like key bindings,
and you can view HTML source in an external viewer (e.g. Emacs), but I
don't think it's possible to use Emacs to edit textareas. Of course you
can edit your text in Emacs and then copy and paste it into the
textarea.
