slash search in galeon 2.0

hello all,

my distro (ubuntu dapper) upgraded today galeon to the new version 2.0.
It all works very well but the first thing I noticed is the lack of the
"slash search" (one of the features I most used). 

Is it really gone? :( Or is it just not working for some reason in my
system?

I tried searching this list, web and tried gconf-editor for some hidden
feature with no luck :(
