Run a private build of Galeon

Hi,

I am trying to build and run a private build of Galeon.
I think the build is successfully, but when I try to run it, I get this 
error:
'Galeon failed to start.
Ensure the "Mozilla_fire_HOME" environment variable is set to the 
correct Mozilla installation directory.
