Does it work for you in Mozilla or Firefox?

That page doesn't work here with any of my browsers
(Galeon/Firefox/Mozilla/Konqueror/Opera).

Most tests of the "frame-based harness" on
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/ work, the "SVG-based harness"
is shown as plain XML (Konqueror shows it, but dies after leaving the
page).

IIRC there is a difference between Adobe plugin based SVG support and
"real" SVG support.
