Is this a Galeon problem?

   I normally follow the Trails Forum at 

http://www.hypernews.org/HyperNews/get/trails/PATC.html

by refreshing it several times a day. The owner has been working on it a
lot lately; so I don't know if the change is due to him or to some change
in Galeon.

Refreshing used to cause it to stop in a position to show the first new
post. It doesn't any more. 

Is that Galeon, or the site?
