Keep cool :-) I just called it junk, because this file is a 3GB junk/rubbish:
"a result of an unsuccesful attempt at saving a webpage in galeon".

I can reproduce this problem on at least 5 computers with debain
etch, that I have access to (in fact all linux boxes that I have in my
reach). 

I will later check if it's the same problem on ubuntu 7.04 and I'll
let you know.
