Gallery 2.3.1 Released - PHP 5.3 compatibility and translations

Even though Gallery 2 isn't under active development anymore, we cleaned up a few loose ends to make it play nicely with PHP 5.3. A very small number of minor enhancements have slipped in, and there are a number of translation updates since the initial release of Gallery 2.3 that we've included in this release.  

If you're using Gallery 2, you should probably upgrade to 2.3.1 so that your site keeps functioning when you system is upgraded to PHP 5.3.
