  Complete rewrite of Login controller.
(rules done, functionality done... @todo formatting templates, etc.)
- convert to Formo.
- squash four routes (html, ajax, auth_html, auth_ajax) into one.
- revise GalleryEvent login link to reflect single route.
- revise one validate function and add another to Auth class.
- rename "login_ajax" view to just "login".
- add Formo error and label message files (still using Gallery's I18n).
