Re: Drupal 7 integration

I've got the same problem. Actually I got stuck with some wordpress/wpg2 
sites.

My first effort to crate a new wpg3 Plugin (for Wordpress) was notr very 
sucessfull, because of the state of gallery3 at this time and the 
different approach of integration compared to gallery2. In wpg3 I was 
trying to make a REST/json based integration and it didn't work with 
large g3 installs (as mine are in g2).

As I work more and more with Drupal lately I consider moving my wpg2 
sites to Drupal.

I would be interested to work on a drupal-g3 module and I got some time 
and Drupal experience.
But: I need Support generating a Roadmap and a lot of discussion about 
the "how" to integrate.

I can't do much investigation on drupal.org by now, but we should before 
moving on.

Actually your proposal is just in time, because I considered making a 
wpg2->drupal install Profile.
But if there is some support I would love to work on a drupal-g3 Module.
