Hey Chad,

Hmm, good point.  To be honest, I've never actually tried running
Drupal admin on a tablet/phone...

My original thought was not to *add* an additional toolbar - Gallery
already does a good job of adding the admin tasks to the existing menu
bar.  My first thought was that instead of refreshing the screen
entirely and reloading an admin_wind-themed view, just put up a
nearly-full-screen dialog box (not unlike Organize currently).  I
didn't *think* it'd be much more/less mobile-friendly than the current
implementation, but I could easily be corrected :-)
