I took another look at them, and tried them with older IE, and am leaning toward jQuery File Upload. Like Chad, I dig the drag'n'drop, the non-immediate upload, the thimbnail, the chance to delete, etc. The fallback for older IE (at least in the demo) loses some bells and whistles, but still maintains basic functionality without manually having to fuss with iframes... which is a big plus for dev and maintenance.
