Gallery 3.0.6?

Hey everyone,

I've been thinking, and before we leave 3.0.x behind once and for all
with its old jQuery, Kohana, and Flash, I feel like we should push out
one more bug-fix-only release.  We could probably do this in the near
future (1-2 weeks away?)  In particular, it'd be nice to:
- fix the Zend_Guard_Loader workaround (currently testing this)
- fix Flowplayer
- add a couple other teeny bug fixes

Thoughts?
