Travis integration for Gallery

Hey guys.  Thanks to some work by Jozef we now have Travis integration for
Gallery.  This is pretty awesome - it runs all of our tests after every
commit and gives feedback on where we stand.  Here's the current status:

Benefits so far:

   - Just integrating with Travis uncovered one flaky test that we've since
   fixed.
   - It'll be much more obvious when we're breaking tests
   - We can back track a test failure to the commit that broke it
   - Pull requests come with test result status inline so I know when a
   pull request is good
   - We can skip running tests as part of the release process as long as
   the build on Travis is clean
   - We are testing against PHP 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5

Here's the current state of our branches:

The 3.0.x, 3.1.x and master branches are red/yellow right now but they'll
be green shortly.  At some point the kohana_3 branch will show up there and
I expect it to be red until I get it in some kind of working state.

As a side note, there's a job on galleryproject.org that checks the repo
and updates .build_number if it notices changes, and updates the versions
in the database on galleryproject.org, which is what clients check to see
if they have the latest code.  I've made a tweak to that script so that
those .build_number updates don't kick off new Travis builds.
