K3.3 requires PHP 5.3.3+

Hey everyone,

Whereas K2 (and hence Gallery 3.0.x) officially required PHP 5.2.3+, K3.3
officially requires PHP 5.3.3+:

Among other reasons, this is because PHP 5.2 has been out of active support
for >2.5 years:
http://www.php.net/releases/5_2_14.php

This implies, of course, that Gallery 3.1.x would also need to require
5.3.3+.  Do we think this will pose much of a problem for our existing
users?
