Replace Superfish menu with jQuery UI menu widget

I've been waiting for jQuery UI to provide a menu widget for awhile. Looks like they have one now and I believe Shad has it in 3.1's library. What do folks think about replacing Superfish in the Wind themes?

Superfish is nice, but it isn't visually tied to the rest of our jQuery widgets.

Considerations

- Extra CSS required for horizontal menus. http://stackoverflow.com/12944364/how-to-make-jquery-ui-nav-menu-horizontal

- No RTL mode out-of-the-box. There's some CSS work here as there was with Superfish.

Other thoughts?
