It matches the delimiter we use for adding/editing tags on items, too. Re: commas in 3.0.x, I don't think they were explicitly excluded, but implicitly removed since they were used as delimiters. That said, we should probably add an explicit exclusion in the model for clarity. In any case, it shouldn't matter, since the existence of a slash is still a semaphore for 3.0.x. Perfect.
