G3.1 - pagination module removal?

Hey everyone,

As one of the steps before building up the tag album, I refactored how we
setup and paginate collections (see View_Gallery::init_collection()).
 Rather than do this independently for each of the five current cases, we
have a little API to do it for us :-).

One side effect of this is that the pagination module is no longer used
anywhere.  Anybody mind if I remove it altogether, both from gallery3 and
gallery3-vendor?
