Re: Shift-Refresh / Reload

Hi Diwakar,
 I'm seeing a Cache-Control: no-cache header when I do a CTRL-Refresh
 in IE 6.0. Shift-Refresh is no different to Refresh.
 See [1] for an IE explorer bar to view these headers.
