Summary: Simple test case

Initial Comment:
Tha patch contains a directory "test" with a simple
test case using unittest. It just creates a very simple
Skeleton, initializes it with a small .ht file, makes a
page, and compares the result with a precooked result
from the index.html.

Requires my previous path for __private names.
