Greetings Gabriele,

Thanks a lot for fixing the configure process.

The reason for the "eval"s was to expand the definitions of the paths 
for  htdig.conf  etc. so that they don't appear as 
"${CONFIG_DIR}/htdig.conf" etc..  What problem were they giving you?
