IIS is Microsoft's web server. If you can get ht://Dig running under Windows, using either Cygwin or the native Win32 build, then supporting IIS should work. To my knowledge, the only issue with IIS was that CGI scripts need to run in NPH (non-parsed headers) mode under IIS. At least, that was the case a few years back - I don't know if that's changed. You can do this with htsearch by setting nph: true in your htdig.conf or other config file. See http://www.htdig.org/attrs.html#nph (for 3.1.6) or http://www.htdig.org/dev/htdig-3.2/attrs.html#nph (for 3.2.0b6).
