Re: ExternalParser.cc on win32

Greetings all,

The code used to use  popen,  but apparently there is a security 
problem with it -- something to do with shell escapes, judging from 
the CVS entry.  It changed between 3.1.5 and 3.1.6.  Putting  popen  
back just for WIN32 seems the best way to go.
