What you are changing in the htdig.conf file? The image_url_prefix 
attribute should allow you to change the path for images related to the 
stars.

   http://www.htdig.org/attrs.html#image_url_prefix

For the page numbers and arrows, you need to change all the paths in the
page related attributes at the bottom of the htdig.conf file.
