Entities problems

Hi,

  We had a problem with some missing entities in the description result
(for instance: –  ’ and ™).  We did some modifications
to filter those entities in the code:

  htcommon/HtSGMLCodec.cc
  myTextFromString << "&ndash;|&rsquo;|&trade;";

  This solved the problem for the description field $(EXCERPT), but we
still have problems with those entities in the title list of the result,
$(TITLE).

  What can we do to resolve this issue?
