htfuzzy: how often should it be run?

In version 3.2.0b6, does htfuzzy depend on data generated by htdig? BACKGROUND Our site grows daily. A cron job runs 'rundig -a' every morning. I am attempting to determine if I can run htfuzzy once, then forget about it. Or, is there a need to run it periodically? Thanks in advance, -- Duke
