PHP Authentication and htdig

Hi, i am having a website(PHP/mysql) with user login section. So, when the user logins and search using htdig, i need certain directories to be searched. i can do this by using different configuration files but my problem is... most of the files on login side are php files and they need authentication(user should login).. they check for the user login details first before it gets the details from database.. so how can i do indexing of these files using htdig?
