RE: New to htDig and having a problem

Between your suggestion and those from Douglas and Mike, I've nailed
down the problem and it's working great!  Thanks guys!  It turned out to
be path related, and solely a Windows problem.  The compilation worked
fine.

Have you tried running htdig from the command line? That would prove
whether or not your compilation was successful, which you imply that you
are unsure of.

I would also try and get a simple CGI to work first - htdig on windows
can be a little awkward sometimes. If you have PERL on your system I
would try a little 'Hello World' script, if not look out for a simple
CGI that you could download, perhaps a hit-counter?

	I'm running IIS on Windows 2003 and I went through the CygWin
build process to get these running on Windows.  I just can't figure out
what the problem could be.
