htdig and virtual hosts

Hi there I'm new in this list and I hope you understand my English. I've installed htdig and it works very well on my webserver. Now I have also two virtual hosts on it but I can't generate a database for that two. htdig always takes the webfolders of the mainpage which is in the maindirectory /srv/www/htdocs. The other pages are in the /home/abc and /home/def directories. I didn't found a good answer for my problem on the internet and I don't know htdig very well at the moment. Could somebody help me what I have to do, for example with a example-config or a for-dummy-step-by-step-howto :-) ?
