Hello! Prefix search simply won't work. Whatever I do I get 0 results for prefix searches, although the ending(?) mechanism tells me that it found no results for several correct variations of the root (which of course is bogus). I am running 3.2.0b6 on FreeBSD 4.10 out of the box (/usr/ports). I am not quite sure what info else to give since I have been trying out many configurations suggested by google to no avail. Google also tells me that the last problems in this direction were around 2002, so I must be experiencing something weired. I have made a default /usr/ports installation on two different machines and the prefix search works on neither. Any help would be very much appreciated.
