Minor documentation bug in 3.2.0b6

I've installed 3.2.0b6. In the documentation that comes
with it there's a small error on the Installation page
(/usr/share/doc/htdig-3.2.0b6/install.html on my system).

At the top of that page there's a link to "Notes
for particular operating systems" which uses this HTML code:

<a href="OSs">Notes for particular operating systems</a>

There should be a # before OSs - i.e., the code should be:

<a href="#OSs">Notes for particular operating systems</a>

I tried submitted this to the bug database (assuming that there'd
be a place for submitting errors in the documentation), but I got
a "Connection timed out - the remote host or network may be down"
message when I went to http://cgi.htdig.org/cgi-bin/htdig3

Hope this helps. Nice product by the way; I'm really enjoying
learning about it, and the documentation is fantastic.

regards,
Alice Harris
