help with installin Htdig

Can anybody guide or help me=2C or install for me Htdig in my site? I had i=
t installed by Verio automatically and very easily by Verio's admin tools=
=2C but now now I have another site which does not have Htding as the searc=
h engine=2C but another one I don't like. I swear I have the read the instr=
uctions on how to install Htdig=2C but I was not able to do it. The instruc=
tions call for the execution of some comands=2C but it doesn't say where=2C=
and I don't know. Any help will be appreciated=2C thanks.
