They also make up the XML core of the Gnome project!
The other "big two" are both Java: Saxon and Xalan. The latter seems to
often be used with a lot of Apache installations, so I wouldn't be surprised
to find it on Sourceforge, perhaps to the exclusion of others.
(I prefer xsltproc, though -- lean and mean:)
