Folks, please correct me if I am wrong about this.  But my understanding of 
the W3C/MIT license is that it is OK to redistribute works so-licensed.  It 
is, however, not legal to present it as your own work.  Nor is it legal to 
profit from said work, per se.  I.e. you might reasonably include some form 
of Tidy in your product and profit from the parts of your product you did 
write.  You are simply redistributing Tidy as a convenience for your 
customers.  You might also provide instructions on how they can update Tidy 
from http://tidy.sourceforge.net/.

Legal issues aside, imo, it is good form to acknowledge use of Tidy in some 
small, appropriate way in your product documentation and copyright notices.

Bottom line, use it and prosper.
