HTML Tidy for Windows released on 14 February 2006 and command is

ents no --fix-uri no --force-output yes --join-styles no --
lower-literals no --merge-divs no --new-b
locklevel-tags page,c,f1,f2,f3,f4,f5,f6,f7,f8,f9 --ncr no -
-quote-ampersand no --show-warnings no --
tidy-mark no --wrap-sections no --wrap 0 -f err.log -m
testfile.txt
