Thanks for sending this. Nice work. I see you even support .NET report 
filters.  Very slick.  Thanks also for the link to Adrian Bateman's 
version.  Which also makes for interesting reading.  And, no doubt, you are 
both righ - a direct link from .NET to TidyLib is probably better than my 
COM hack.

I see you made a similar compromise for ParseString that I did.  I tried to 
avoid converting text that is already UTF-16, but your approach is 
reasonable for Western countries (and easy for other folks to localize).

My only suggestion: avoid my mistake of statically linking in 
TidyLib.  Better, just use a pre-built DLL.  Of course, you can get these 
from Corey Nelson's website - http://dev.int64.org/tidy.html.  This way, 
your users can (usually) just drop in a new TidyLib.dll when you need one 
of Arnaud's many fixes.  I still get about 3 emails a month asking for 
updated versions of the wrappers!
