Source code on sourceforge web page

Hi,

Is there any possibility that the web page maintainer can bring the
source code available to a more recent version? This would be of great
benefit to those of us who are unable to use (or unwilling to learn)
CVS.

The version there at the moment is dated 26 October 2005 (but is dated
internally as 1 September 2005). This corresponds to the date on many of
the binary versions available. Is there some reason why the monthly
update service has been discontinued?
