Wow!  Thanks so much for letting as all know, Arnaud.  Terry was good 
people.  I've been wondering what was going on with him these days.  I 
figured he had simply moved on to other projects.  'Tis sad, indeed, to 
hear of his passing.  I'll put aside my embarrassment at not knowing for so 
long.  After all, time is not a factor for Terry any more.

Terry, Björn and I nominally started the SF project.  But Terry and Björn 
had already been involved with the project for a couple years by that time 
- with Terry maintaining the Mac port.  Terry had a great attitude and 
approach to the project.  He would do what needed doing to make the project 
a success.  To use his words, he was the "Chief Bottle Washer" for the 
project.  Which I take to mean, he saw to things and would push group 
decisions, gently, in a workable and successful direction.  He led by 
example and by virtue of his sound judgement.  We couldn't have done it 
without him.
