Hi folks, I'm trying to get this package installed on Mac OS X (without using the MacPorts version) and having some difficulty. When I download the binary and try to unpack it, this is what happens: # tar -zxvf tidy_mosx.tgz ./tab2space ./tidy tar: A lone zero block at 740 # If I try to get the source via CVS, I get this: # cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/tidy login Logging in to :pserver:[email protected]:2401/cvsroot/tidy CVS password: (nothing there, that is, anon login seems to work fine) # cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/tidy co -r1.46 -P tidy cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory cvs [checkout aborted]: no repository Or (based on comment here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tidy/): # cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/tidy co -P tidy cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory cvs [checkout aborted]: no repository # Am I doing something obviously wrong?
