Hi,

There's a tool 
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/2817628/com/tidy-050517-4.i586.rpm.html 
for OpenSuSE that you can install from RPM and run from console. You can 
allways use php commands like shell_exec() to bypass your html code to this 
tidy application. Good luck.
