HTML Tidy Question

Hi,

I have several hundred pages already on my server that need HTML Tidy.   Is
there a way I can deploy HTML tidy from my hosts server or my local maching
to clean up several hundred or thousand pages in one shot?  That would be
amazing and awesome!

Any help is greatly appreciated.  This process one at time will take forever
with 10,000 + pages.
