verify systematic tag identifiers

Hi there,
I am very new to html validation tools.
I would like to know if it is possible (with tidy) to test if "div", "span"
or any other relevant tags have at least one identifier (either id or
class)? And also verify if all "form" tags possesses a "name" parameter?
If not, does it exist a tool that could do such analysis?
