How do you evaluate an "R[8bit]" for "R[sRGB] = R[8bit]/255"?
I got correct result (21.00) for foreground=#ffffff, background=#000000,
but incorrect (0.05) for foreground=#000000, background=#FFFFFF.

Foreground=#000000, then RsRGB=00. RsGRB < 0.03928, then
R/12.92=0.0000. The same results for G, B. L1=0.0000.
