Error while running the tidy tool

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am migrating from FrameMaker to DITA. I have converted FM files to HTML
files as of now. And now I am trying to cleanup the html files using tidy
tool. But when I run the tidy tool using idhtmtidy command I am getting an
error. Attached is the image which shows those error.

I want to run the command 'rexx idhtmtidy *.htm' using tidy tool. Can you
please help on this?
