Which parser are you using?  Whichever, you might try the other one.

I am suspecting that it may be because the forms and several other items
are wrapped in various <div> tags is the problem. Wondering if anyone
has run into this kind of behavior or has any suggestions. I have read
many posts in archives and FAQ and there sounds like it should work OK
as the HTML appears to be valid in this case.
