example of basicauth?

Can someone point me to an example of using HttpUnit to get a page
protected by basicauth? I'm already successfully getting pages and
their elements from non-authenticated servers, and I'd like to extend
my methods to transparently handle basicauth-protected servers (of
which my group has a few, and will soon have more).

Apologies if this is a FAQ, but I didn't see anything like that in

* a search of this list's archives for "basicauth" (no results) or
  "login" (looks like only hits for folks doing authentication inside
  their applications)
