If somebody could sign me up I'd at least make sure that 
patches are put into the code if they show up.

I have the problem with my own patches now for two 
years. I have fixed two major httpunit issues in my 
version and I'm not sure whether the patches made it 
into the CVS repository yet. I'm still using httpunit 
regularly and am not inclined to change to a different 
framework yet (never change a running system I'd say 
...)
