I am also working on httpclient, to create a framework, in order to simulate a browser, and validate data.
just an fyi, the state should be maintained between sessions, even though it is against REST principles, but so is cookies

i thought, i mention , since httpunit is based on commons httpclient? right?

I would also like to know how can i be a part of development? is there a formal process, or do i have to sacrifice some animal :) just kidding
